Steven D. Kaufman, CTC - Managing Director
Steven has over 30 of years professional experience as a travel agent, tour operator and travel consortium organizer. He started his travel career as a worldwide tour director throughout his high school and college years. After graduating with a business degree from Michigan State, Steven moved to Canada and worked with Skylark Holidays, until 1981 when he started to build Giants Travel (now Ensemble) in Canada.  After establishing over 400 travel agency office locations across Canada, Steven moved on to form GEM Travel Canada Ltd.  In 1999, he sold over 800 Canadian office operations to Travel Associates Network, and then to Vacation.com, where Steven became President of the Canada group until 2004.

Maureen Horton – Marketing Manager
Maureen is the Marketing Manager for The Diamond Group and brings a strong background in online marketing and strategic development to the group. Maureen has worked in marketing and operations for large corporations like VIA Rail Canada and Dynamic Graphics, one of the largest digital libraries in the world. She has a business and politics degree from the University of Western Ontario as well as a Masters of International Business and Marketing from the University of Sydney, in Australia.

Travis Snelling – Interactive Solutions Manager
Travis has been involved with digital media professionally since 1997.  He has a strong background in both interface design and rich media, solving problems in information architecture, usability, user experience and overall website effectiveness.  Travis has worked on projects for CIBC World Markets, Canadian Idol, CTV, Telus Mobility, John Hancock, ING Direct, Le Doux Swimwear, Graybeard Capital, Eric Chester and many others.
